Mysterious Woman Abigail Good
In my last post I was talking about Abigail Good’s movie debut as ‘Mysterious Woman’ in Stanley Kubrick’s 1999 movie ‘Eyes Wide Shut’ (based upon a novel by Arthur Schnitzler). As you may remember this movie was all about a Dr William Harford (actor: great Tom Cruise) who got cheated several times by his wife. After realizing this -his wife confessed cheating- Dr Harford is going through a sexual and moral self-awareness journey.
The key scene of this erotic drama was an orgy with some masked women. Harford aka Tom Cruise is getting redeemed by one of these mysterious women. It was Abigail Good wearing a face mask and shouting out ‘Let him go! I’m ready to redeem him!’. At this time Abigail was not really happy with the public overlooking her appearance as ‘Mysterious Woman’. As she wore a face mask some people had doubts whether this woman was really Abigail Good and not Julienne Davis.
The answer is easy: Some cineasts had a closer look at the ‘Mysterious Woman’s’ pubic hair and there was no doubt that the actress was Abigail Good.
